Born and raised in Philadelphia, Graduate of Northeast High school and the Philadelphia Restaurant School in 1982, Eric moved to the Eastern shore of Maryland in 1983 and operated various restaurants before becoming the owner of the St. Michaels Crabhouse in 1994 (now the St. Michaels Crab & Steak House).
